Miscellaenous (Culture)
- Name

A name can be any text. It doesn't have to be unique. There can be more
than one culture with a given name in the program.
- Id

Important!. Every culture must have a Id.
The Id can be a arbitrary text but it must be unique among all other
cultures. Every culture is identified by its Id.
It is no problem for the program if there are two cultures with the same
Id, but only one will show up in the program.
- Cost

Here the GP cost of the culture can be set.
It is possible to compute the cost of the culture according to the advanced
rules. You can look up how the cost is calculated
here.
- Additional Lead Spells
-
This option is only useful for characters with the disadvantage
elven worldview.
The elf can select additional lead spells. These spells are not affected
by the cost modification of elven worldview
